Sidney Mae Olson

Sidney was a rainbow. She was full of kindness and joy and brought everyone together. For her fifth birthday, Sidney requested a rainbow-themed birthday party because she believed it would make everyone happy because it would include everyone's favorite colors. Sidney's love for inclusion and her desire to celebrate with everyone inspired all our work with the Rainbow Fund.

Sidney's story is one of a bright-eyed child who made her parents better. She was our teacher and we miss her every day. She came into this world with a spitfire that never gave up and loved so hard in her too short five years. She inspires us every day to be better and do better. She made every day the best day ever especially the most ordinary day at home with her family.
